What people say about me:"Senior Partner, Jonathan Whittaker, is known for his contentious employment practice; he also practices as a part-time tribunal judge. Clients say: "You know he knows what he is talking about and that he's speaking from a place of knowledge. He will help us apply the law but in a practical way that helps us to understand the business solution." (Chambers UK, 2017)
"He has always given advice which is both relevant and accommodating of commercial considerations," say clients, who appreciate that "he relates issues appropriate to our level of knowledge." (Chambers UK, 2016)
"The speed at which you reacted was phenomenal throughout in addition to responding out of hours. The level of service was above and beyond and very much appreciated by both myself and my family. Once again thank you for your advice and support." (Andrew Findlay)
Why I'm no ordinary professional:I treat people as I would want to be treated. I talk to people as people and not as clients. If I promise to do something I will do it promptly.
