Self storage operator BiG Storage has secured a £11m, five-year refinancing deal with Allied Irish Bank (GB).
BiG runs storage sites in Lancaster, Morecambe, Chester, Warrington, Macclesfield and Handforth.
Andrew Donaldson of BiG Storage said: “We are delighted to have secured a competitive refinance deal with our new bankers Allied Irish Bank (GB) who we look forward to working with over the years ahead.”
Manchester law firm Kuits advised Allied Irish Bank (GB) on the banking restructure while Cheshire-based SAS Daniels provided legal advice to BiG Storage.
Big Storage was advised on its restructure by Jeremy Orrell, partner at SAS Daniels who said “We were delighted to work with Big Storage on this strategic project which will enable them to achieve growth, maximise business efficiency and continue to provide their diverse client base with an excellent range of services.”
