North West law firm, SAS Daniels LLP, has been recognised for its innovative approaches to marketing and taken a top award at this year’s Northern Marketing Awards.
The firm was awarded the Professional & Financial Services Campaign of the Year accolade for its ‘Rooted in Cheshire’ initiative.
Following two years of successfully increasing market share throughout the North West, the marketing campaign was strategically crafted to demonstrate the firm’s on-going commitment to the areas closest to its offices in Stockport, Macclesfield, Chester and Congleton.
The firm beat four other nominees to the title at the prestigious awards ceremony, hosted by Prolific North and held at The Point at Lancashire County Cricket Club. The event saw the single largest gathering of almost 300 leading marketers and agencies from across the North in 2013.
Rob Macfarlane, acting business development director at SAS Daniels, said: “It’s a real honour for us to be recognised in this way. Our top priority is, and has always been, to make people aware about how committed our lawyers are to their local areas and we wanted this campaign to highlight just how rooted they really are. We’re delighted to have won this award.”
The award win joins an impressive first half of the year for SAS Daniels. This includes the firm’s turnover growing by nine per cent in the last financial year, corporate partner and head of the Chester office, Kaye Whitby, being named as Business Woman of the Year and the recent appointment of Paul Formby to its dispute resolution team.
