North West law firm SAS Daniels LLP is sponsoring the Macclesfield Beer Festival 2015 for the third year running, as locals anticipate the festival’s 21st anniversary.
Macclesfield continues its long-standing tradition of hosting its annual beer festival. Visitors to the event get to sample a variety of ales, ciders and perries from dozens of local and independent breweries. Taking place at Macclesfield Rugby Club on Friday, 8 and Saturday, 9 May, guests can also enjoy the great food and live music that the event has to offer.
The festival is organised by Macclesfield Round Table, a voluntary group which organises events aiming to bind the community together, in partnership with The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). The proceeds for this year’s event will support East Cheshire Hospice’s latest project: a facility to help young people deal with losing a loved one to cancer.
Local bands performing live at the festival will be Big Jam, a six-piece rock band from Bollington, as well as Manchester-based indie band Monkey Harris.
Nigel Read, Partner and joint Head of SAS Daniel’s Macclesfield office, said: “Now in our third year of sponsoring the event, it’s a pleasure to once again be an integral part of the Macclesfield Beer Festival. It’s become a key date in the calendar for locals, and as a Cheshire-based business, with an office in Macclesfield, we’re delighted to play our part.
“East Cheshire Hospice is a treasured part of the community, so all the funds raised will make a valuable difference for individuals receiving end-of-life care, and their loved ones in need of support.”
SAS Daniels LLP will sponsor Macclesfield Beer Festival alongside chartered accountants, Bennett Brooks. For further information and details of how to buy tickets, please click here.
