North West law firm SAS Daniels has completed the acquisition of SHCE LTD (The Sheriffs Office) by the High Court Enforcement Group (HCE Group), the largest independent and privately owned High Court enforcement company in England and Wales as of the 31 January. Acting for HCE Group was Jeremy Orrell, Head of the Corporate team at SAS Daniels.
The acquisition will see both businesses continue to operate as separate legal entities and the two firms will build on their combined strengths in a number of areas, including client service delivery and specialist enforcement services. Overall the deal will see the combined group, including their judicial services firm Excel Civil Enforcement, become the largest High Court enforcement company in the UK. The group’s offices extend from Liverpool and Bradford, across Wales and into Southern England.
