Managing Grievance Processes

Grievances often carry a negative connotation and can be seen as a nuisance to management. Unfortunately they are often used as a delay tactic during a disciplinary process or where an employer is trying to make changes an employee doesn’t agree with.

However, handled properly, grievances don’t have to be time consuming or a nuisance and can lead to positive changes. If you do receive a grievance from an employee we will guide you through the process and help you to ask the right questions and get to the bottom of the issue at hand.
