A bit about me
What’s the best place you’ve visited and why?
Vietnam - for the unfamiliarity, the warmth and friendliness, the sense of adventure and the food of course!
If you weren’t a solicitor what would you be doing?
I would be a writer, or an aspiring one.
What was your first/most interesting job?
Acting as an appropriate adult. My role was to facilitate communication and safeguard the rights and welfare of a child or vulnerable adult who was being detained or questioned by police. Many police processes cannot take place without an appropriate adult and so, if the police identified someone as requiring assistance I would meet them at the police station and accompany them during questioning.
