I am a Partner and Head of the Employment Business Group. I am also a member of the Employers Association and was a finalist in the Manchester Legal Awards 2014 in the category of ‘Legal Executive of the Year’. I have qualifications in law, HR and finance and have worked in a number of different industries before entering the legal profession. Therefore I have a wealth of practical knowledge gained over the past 35 years.
Many of my clients consider me an extension of their business. I work alongside them on a daily basis, helping them achieve goals whilst saving money and minimising risk. Being qualified in both law and HR gives me a unique set of skills and a wide perspective.

Why I'm no ordinary professional:
My aim is to understand the client, their needs and their objectives. It is only when you truly understand a client that you meet and exceed their expectations. I give pragmatic, straight forward advice and support my clients through the complex area that is employment law and HR.
