I have over 35 years’ experience of all property matters but I particularly deal with residential development sites including the acquisition of the same and setting up the plot sales to ensure that there are no issues with future sales. I have dealt with nationwide large schemes but also for developers on bijou schemes in town centres. I have particular experience in social housing sites and in dealing with statutory agreements particularly Section 106 Agreements. I have worked for local authorities, registered charitable providers as their in house lawyer and for law firms, having been a partner in the same for many years.

Why I'm no ordinary professional:
It is my job when acquiring sites for a clients to think Armageddon and ensure that there are no difficulties with future sales. I have to ensure that there are no problems which will be encountered by the client and this includes ensuring that any planning agreements are worded in such a way as to be practical. I am very approachable and down to earth. I try to understand my clients' concerns and make sure that all matters are dealt with in a timely manner whilst giving the most professional advice that I can. I have clients who have worked with me for many years.
