I specialise in trusts and assist clients in the creation, administration and termination of trusts as well as advising people whilst acting as a trustee. In addition, I advise clients on estate planning and wills, assisting in the administration of estates and applications for grants of probate.
I am a STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualified solicitor and hold an additional STEP certificate in trust disputes. I am secretary for the Manchester branch of STEP and am also a member of the Stockport Incorporated Law Society Committee.
Joined SAS Daniels: 2004
Why I'm no ordinary professional:
I take time to listen to my clients to make sure that we help them achieve their aims. Trusts can be complicated in both their tax and practical effects; I ensure that my clients understand what trusts are all about and their responsibilities and duties as trustees to ensure they have peace of mind. I appreciate that legal work is part of a bigger picture for the client and ensure that the trust works for the client and their family.

A bit about me
Do you have any hobbies and what are they?
I love photography and travel, plus its always good fun to combine the two. My friends and family have got used to having their own personal paparazzi!
What was the first record / CD you bought?
Something by Jason Donovan – I think it was inevitable being an 80s child.
What three items would you take if you were going to be isolated on a desert island?
My diary – I’m a bit of a social planner and even on a desert island I would probably be trying to find an event to arrange!
My phone – to call for a water taxi.
A rum and coke – to enjoy whilst waiting for it to arrive.
