I am a HR Consultant and focus on providing day to day HR advice and guidance to schools and business clients. I have extensive specialist HR expertise and provide clear, concise and practical advice on whole school and departmental reorganisations, redundancy, redeployment, discipline, grievance, capability and performance management processes. I have a thorough understanding of specialist employment advice, the interpretation of national terms and conditions including Teachers in England and Wales and the National Joint Council (NJC) for local government services agreement on pay and conditions of service.
I am MCIPD qualified with over 20 years’ local government experience within HR, both in a strategic and operational capacity. My experience has had a specific focus on employee relations matters within the Education sector.

A bit about me
Do you have any hobbies and what are they?
I am a keen Liverpool FC and St Helens Rugby League fan and enjoy watching them whenever I can. I play snooker in the St Helens 1st division snooker league and I also enjoy coarse fishing (when I have the time!).
If you didn't work at SAS Daniels what would you be doing?
An ambition of mine is to own a coffee shop in a small remote village in Wales, preferably somewhere along the Pembrokeshire coast!
