Meet Lydia
Lydia is a conveyancing assistant working in our residential property team based in Chester, assisting Steph Lyke in residential transactions.
She has almost four years' experience in residential conveyancing, and especially enjoys working with first time buyers and dealing with leasehold matters.
Lydia likes to take a personal approach with clients and prides herself in being helpful and approachable, ensuring any stress is taken out of the transaction as much as possible.
