A bit about me
What’s your claim to fame?
In primary school, I took part in a charity TV show called ‘We are the Champions’ where we competed in several challenges in aid of Sport Relief. The show was broadcasted on BBC in 2010 but unfortunately, my school did not win so we couldn’t progress to the next round ? However, I got to meet Paddy McGuinness in the process!
Do you have any hobbies and what are they?
I have many hobbies which I enjoy, two hobbies which have been a massive part of my life. I am a member of dance school which I started when I was 3 years old, we compete in yearly competitions and do our own shows every two years. I also enjoy swimming, at the age of 12 I was a Regional Champion and competed in many competitions around the northwest.
What is your most embarrassing moment?
When I was young, I performed on stage for our annual dance show. We did a dance called ‘A Couple of Swells’ where I had to dance with a cane. The dance was going well until my cane got stuck in the curtain at the back of the stage and that’s when the curtain swallowed me whole! Fortunately, that did not stop the show and after my fight with the curtain I finished the dance. Little me was mortified but my dad who was in the audience still does not stop laughing about the incident to this day!
