Working at SAS Daniels
We believe that recruiting the right person for the right role builds an open and inclusive culture allowing our capable and professional teams to thrive. We don’t just look for skills and experience, we look for people who fit with our positive culture. We are one friendly, supportive team, right across our four offices, who collaborate, communicate and help each other to deliver the exceptional client service that we are all very proud of. Our latest equality and diversity survey results can be found here.
Developing our talent
We are fully committed to investing in our talent and encourage all our employees to fulfil their potential by providing access to training and a variety of pathways to build their career. We consider our colleagues first when internal promotions arise and have a number of trainee solicitors that we are supporting through the traditional trainee route and the new apprentice solicitor scheme. All are existing employees who have shown commitment and passion for an area of law.
We are a great place to work!
We are thrilled to have achieved for the third time the We Invest in People GOLD standard through Investors in People (IIP) demonstrating our solid commitment to making SAS Daniels a great place to work. Without exception, our employees spoke highly of our partners and the trust that exists in our leaders. Our IIP journey doesn’t end there! Even the best places to work can be even better and we will be introducing a range of initiatives to ensure our employees continue to love working here.
Environment and social
Whilst our active CSR committee gives us opportunities to give something back to the communities that we work in, including supporting local charities and environmental initiatives, our Sports and Social committee is busy ensuring we build friendships and enjoy our break-out breakfasts, Fizz Fridays and all-firm get-togethers.
Striking a balance with benefits
We recognise that our employees work hard to deliver on our client promise and that they can’t achieve this without striking a balance, so we offer generous annual leave and an extra birthday day off. Your health is equally important, and all our employees have access to life assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, private health cover, medical cash back scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity pay and much more.
Unfortunately, we have a very limited number of work experience placements and are fully booked up for this academic year.
We believe in recruiting the best people for the right roles and welcome applications from people who want to work in a positive, collaborative environment. Please check our current vacancies page to view our live job opportunities.
