Trainee Solicitor Programme

At SAS Daniels LLP we continually invest in our staff and spend a large amount of time training and developing our trainees. They are the future of our business and are seen as valued members of the team from day one.

  • What to expect?

    During a two year Training Contract at SAS Daniels, you will complete four, six-month seats and be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a range of contentious and non-contentious legal work. Enabling you to gain a broad experience and get a feel for which area of law best fits your interests and abilities.

    As you progress through your Training Contract we will discuss with you which areas of work interest you the most and aim to place you with that team.

    We offer client contact early on in your Training Contract and the opportunity to develop your legal skills as well as your client facing and business development skills.

    We have a strong commitment to training and development and offer a structured career path supported by appropriate training and personal development.

  • What do we expect from our Trainees?

    We look for enthusiastic, fresh thinking, and hardworking individuals with a strong academic record. We also look for people who embrace our values, are down to earth, easy to work with and straight talking.When applying for a Training Contract there is an expected minimum qualification of a 2.1 degree (anticipated or achieved) and where possible, we try to offer at least two Training Contracts each year.
