I am a Trainee Solicitor sitting in the Residential Property Department in the Congleton office.
I act on a variety of transactions such as sales and purchases, re-mortgages, title queries i.e. applications for adverse possession, transfers of equity etc. whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and referrers alike.
Within the firm, I currently sit on the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which arranges annual sponsorship of a chosen local charity by way of sporting events, raffles and bake sales. I also sit on the Sports and Social Committee, which organises firm-wide social events and also the Employee Forum Committee which strives to ensure that all employees ideas for improvement are taken into consideration and if successful, implemented.
Joined SAS Daniels: 2013
Why I'm no ordinary professional:
I thoroughly enjoy working within residential property as it is a fast-paced environment which requires technical application; it is incredibly rewarding to assist and advise clients from the start of their transaction, through to completion.
