What can you expect during a work experience placement?
During your work experience placement, you will have the opportunity to shadow and observe colleagues. As well as be involved in current tasks and projects. For example, on the legal side, you might be researching the law behind a current case, learning how to draft responses to the other side on example cases or assisting and shadowing solicitors with their work.
Examples of work experience on the central management side include learning how to write event plans and plan campaigns with the marketing team and assisting the accounts team with their day to day financial operations.
A work experience placement is a great opportunity to take your first step in developing a career in law.
You can read more about what to expect in our blog, a day in the life of a work experience student, written by a previous student.
