A community school undertook a review of its HR provisions that were available to the school.
A number of external providers were considered by governors and they focused on an understanding of the distinct school teachers pay & conditions and the local & national conditions of service for support staff within their criteria. The ability to provide educated, direct face to face support, honesty, assertiveness and value for money was also a priority for the school.
