Should I complain about the doctor’s/hospital’s mistakes or make a claim?

In most cases we would recommend that you make a formal complaint about the treatment you have received and we are able to offer you advice and assistance with that if necessary.

You will get answers from the other side if you make a complaint but you may not be satisfied with them. You can complain and make a claim at the same time. It is up to you.

A claim will result in compensation whereas a complaint will not.
