A team led by Jeremy Orrell at SAS Daniels LLP has advised North West property surveyor Dixon Webb LLP on its acquisition by the UK’s largest independent commercial property consultant, GVA.
Dixon Webb, which has offices in Liverpool, Cheshire and Cumbria has been acquired for an undisclosed sum and will merge with GVA’s Liverpool office. The move is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions made by GVA and creates one of the largest property advisers in Liverpool, offering an unrivalled multi-disciplinary service.

Dixon Webb was founded via a merger of two established commercial property practices in 1986. The company has since grown into one of the North West’s leading property advisors with 25 staff in total.
A team led by Paul Rimmer at DLA LLP’s Liverpool’s office advised GVA on the acquisition.
