I am a Senior Associate in the Employment team with a wide range of experience across different sectors. I advise in relation to all Employment Law and HR matters. I have particular expertise dealing with Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination (specifically disability and sex discrimination).
I specialise in providing Employment Law advice to both employers and individuals. Throughout my work I advise clients on the full range of employment issues ranging from restructures, TUPE, redundancies, contractual disputes and dismissals.
I am a Partner and Head of Employment, and have worked in the legal industry for 26 years. I specialise in contracts of employment, policies and procedures and employment status. I also advise on a variety of employment law issues such as redundancy situations, re-organisations, apprentices, TUPE and disciplinary and grievance issues.
