I am the Employment Law and HR Group Manager. I specialise in contracts of employment, policies and procedures and employment status. I also advise on a variety of employment law issues such as redundancy situations, re-organisations, apprentices, TUPE and disciplinary and grievance issues.
I specialise in providing HR and employment law advice to both employers and individuals. Throughout my work I advise clients on the full range of employment issues ranging from restructures, TUPE, redundancies, contractual disputes and dismissals.
