SAS Daniels is proud to announce that two of its board members and partners have been included on North West Business Insider’s Women of Influence list.
Justine Clowes and Kaye Whitby feature on the list which recognises the depth and diversity of the North West’s business community. It is compiled from a list of hundreds of extremely influential women, made up of representatives across a range of sectors including entrepreneurs, PR and marketing experts, professional services, hospitality, manufacturing, media, recruitment and charity.
Justine is Head of the Private Client team and the Macclesfield office. She leads a large, highly skilled team of lawyers who advise on Wills & Wealth planning, Trusts, Estate Administration & Probate and she personally specialises in Elderly, Care & Mental capacity work. Justine is also the Chairperson for Solicitors for the Elderly.
Kaye is Head of the Commercial team and the Chester office. She has considerable experience in advising owner managed businesses on a range of matters including complex agreements, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements and a range of company law issues.
Kaye was awarded with the accolade ‘Chester Business Woman of the Year’ in 2013, acted as a ‘Dragon’ for the Young Enterprise scheme at the University of Chester in 2014 and in 2015 will be acting as a judge and speaker at the Cheshire Business Awards for the third year running.
