Meet Matthew
Matthew is an senior associate in the corporate and commercial team based in Chester. He predominantly acts for owner-managed businesses varying in size from start-ups to large enterprises, advising clients on a diverse range of corporate matters. He also advises on a range of commercial agreements from simple terms and conditions of business through to complex contractual frameworks.
Matthew studied history at University of Manchester before going on to complete his law degree and LPC at the University of Law in Chester. He joined the firm in 2019 from another well-established Chester law firm.
Matthew aims to provide added value to his clients through taking the time to know and understand their business and their goals.
