Meet the Team : Steph Brayshay

Steph Brayshay

I am a Solicitor in the Residential Property Team based in Chester. I give advice and draft documents on the sale and purchase of land, including contracts, conveyances, leases and charges. I advise on questions of title, easements, charges, boundaries, drainage rights and rights of way.

I have acquired my knowledge and skills over 20 years to deal with all manner of transactions. I specialise in: house sales and purchases; remortgages and equity release; transfer of title; plots sales and new builds; investment properties; auctions; and high value properties.

Joined SAS Daniels: 2020

What people say about me:

“In a time when people talk about their experiences of conveyancing lawyers in similar tones to builders and mechanics, it was wonderful to have an adviser that made buying and seller properties a very stress-free experience. During the process my expectations were very ably managed, all of the paperwork was clear and unambiguous and the fees came in as quoted. Stephanie also took the time to meet with me in person when I need some additional advice and support. All in all, I received a very professional service with an empathic approach. I would be happy to recommend Stephanie to friends and family”. (Mr Constantin, 2020)

Why I'm no ordinary professional:

I understand that no two transactions are the same, which is why I take a proactive approach in resolving specific challenges swiftly to progress transactions without causing delays. I pride myself on striving to ensure that every one of my clients feels compelled to recommend me to others.
