Meet Keira
Keira is a paralegal in our corporate team based in Stockport. Having recently completed her law degree she is now studying for her Solicitor Qualifying Exams.
Keira assists the team in all aspects of corporate transactions from buying and selling a company to drafting documents for employee benefit trusts.
She has an array of experience in corporate and healthcare transaction with a friendly approach and is always happy to assist in giving regular updates or explaining complex aspects of a transaction in an easy to digest manner.
