  • ET Protect – complete cover for an Employment Tribunal case listed for up to three days.
  • HR Services – including attendance at any board meeting with relevance to HR such as; interviews, investigations and on-site training days.
  • Blocks of hours – a set number of hours to be drawn in 2 hour blocks and used within an agreed period.

HR Solutions

Our SAS Protect Plus package includes HR Solutions, to provide you with complete confidence in resolving HR issues. Our team can provide your organisation with a dedicated HR Consultant to offer unlimited, expert on-site advice at difficult times and also support you in day-to-day HR issues.

HR Solutions offers your organisation support in any meeting which could lead to a dismissal or termination of the employee’s contract, such as:

  • Disciplinary hearings and appeals
  • Protected conversations
  • Redundancy meetings
  • Grievance hearings and appeals
