Meet the Team : Amy Hayes

Amy Hayes

I qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and have since then specialised in private client work, advising on a very broad range of matters including the administration of estates, Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications, Trust administration and management of large Deputyship and Attorney matters

I bring a practical, efficient and equally important, a caring approach to this area of work, advising on the most appropriate way for clients to deal with their assets on death having given careful consideration to clients’ wealth and family circumstances.  Equally, when I am approached by a client who has recently lost a loved one, I carefully and sensitively guide them through the process of dealing with the estate making sure that the level of service we offer is suited to the clients’ requirements.

A bit about me

What’s the best place you’ve visited and why?

I spent six months living and working in Mexico City. I felt very much at home there and loved the people and culture. That gave me the travel bug and I have since travelled extensively in South America but Mexico City will always be my favourite place!

If you could have a super power what would it be?

I would click my fingers and the house would be tidy and the dinner on the table.

What three items would you take if you were going to be isolated on a desert island?

My kindle – I am an avid reader but only when I get the time!
A glass of wine - to enjoy while reading!
My phone – to keep in touch with my family and friends.
