I am a Partner in the Property team at our Chester office and advise on all aspects of residential and commercial property law. I provide a service to both private individuals and corporate clients, which includes advising on freehold and leasehold properties and also acting for landlord and tenant legal matters. I like to think that if I have a specialism, it is not specific to any particular aspect of property law but is that of taking the extra step to research information that may assist my client’s case.

What people say about me:
"Andrew Clark is an experienced development lawyer with additional expertise in portfolio management and lease work. He is well regarded by peers, particularly for his client relationship skills. One client says: "We really like that when he thinks about a situation, he will act like our company is his company. He will challenge us in the most positive, professional way and he makes us think about the implications of things." (Chambers UK, 2016)
"Andrew Clark of SAS Daniels LLP has expertise in development and also advises clients on leasing and portfolio management matters. He acts for a range of clients, from private individuals to corporates. Clients say: "He is so thorough, but so helpful as well." (Chambers UK, 2017)
"I have worked with many legal people over the years - including at one stage a dreadful case where I took the UK Gov all the way to the European Court of Human Rights. Anyway, I just want to say that you are the best solicitor that I have ever worked with...unreservedly."

A bit about me
If we pressed play on your ipod what would we hear?
What's the best place you've visted and why?
New York. There is nowhere like it – it has a buzz all of its own, and it feels alive all day and night which suits an early riser like me to perfection. Running in Central Park as dawn breaks has to be one of my lifetime highlights.
What's your favourite football team?
My passion for football, particularly playing football has waned a little as I have got older, but some 40 years from when I first acquired it I still have my season ticket for Goodison Park and attend as many games as I can manage. Supporting Everton is not always easy but once you give your soul to the Toffees you are hooked for life.
