I am an Employment Law Associate based in our Stockport and Chester offices. I specialise in a number of areas that include contracts of employment, policies and procedures, and settlement agreements for commercial and individual clients and those in the education sector. I also advise on a wide range of other employment matters such as disciplinaries, performance management, TUPE, redundancy, and unfair dismissal.
I provide guidance to businesses and individuals so that they can manage any situation in order to achieve their desired outcome whilst also minimising risk.

Why I'm no ordinary professional:
I believe in a straight forward approach to giving advice. I take the time to understand the needs of my clients so that I can give clear and practical guidance. I ensure that I provide my clients with their options, along with any associated risks, so that they are always in a position to make a fully informed decision.
A bit about me
Do you have any hobbies and what are they?
I have been a member of a local shooting ground for a number of years now. I try to get out most weekends to break some clays but I don’t manage it as much as I would like to!
What is your favourite sport?
I’d probably have to say Formula 1. I always look forward to a race weekend and find the attention to detail and team strategies fascinating. My ultimate aim is to see a race in person (and hopefully get asked to stand in for one of the Ferrari drivers!).
What is your favourite quote?
“If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later.” (Richard Branson)
