I’m a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team overseeing the team in Congleton. Throughout my work I have gained expertise helping first time buyers and existing home owners through the conveyancing process for both sales and purchases of property. I also advise clients on re-mortgages, auction transactions, purchase of freehold titles and transfers of equity.
Having worked at SAS Daniels for over 13 years, and having always lived in Congleton, I have excellent knowledge of the local market and good contacts with professionals such as mortgage advisers, banks and estate agents which assists in the smooth turnaround of transactions. I not only understand the local market but know the properties in the area and the quirks they may have, helping to pre-empt enquiries which may occur in order to act quickly and ensure your transaction continues moving.
Joined SAS Daniels: 2006
What people say about me:
"More than happy with the professional service that we received." (John Burton)
"My 3rd house moved conveyed by Jo and it was, again, a pleasure to deal with such a professional. Her communications are excellent and I always know she's pushing everything through as quickly and smoothly as possible." (Peter Jennings)
"I used SAS Daniels for my recent conveyancing needs. I used Jo Unwin and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few difficult patches along the way but Jo was excellent in all aspects of the process. Her communication was on point and she was a constant reassurance with all the said issues. She has a good team who stepped in when she was on annual leave, although Jo continued to be involved even though she was on holiday. I would highly recommend." (Nadine Abrahams)
Why I'm no ordinary professional:
I provide a no nonsense approach to residential conveyancing which I believe assists in the speedy turnaround of transactions.
I communicate clearly in a way that is understandable and proactively keep all my clients and contacts regularly updated as matters progress.
