I am Business Owner, Head of Chester Office and Partner specialising in advising businesses in achieving successful trading relationships.
I act for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors and industries. I help my clients by providing legal advice on the day to day issues that arise in operating a business including general commercial contract advice, through to a range of specialist areas which include data protection, competition law, marketing law, confidentiality advice, intellectual property rights and technology / ecommerce.
In addition, I act for professional partnerships and shareholders in creating bespoke shareholder and partnership arrangements.
I won Chester Women in Business Awards 2013, was included in the North West Business Insider’s Women of Influence list 2015 and recognised by Legal 500 UK 2020.

Running a flower shop on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence.
