I am a specialist property lawyer with over 30 years’ experience working in the residential property sector. Over that period I have dealt with all manner of transactions from a two-up two down terraced house to a substantial country estate. I have a particular expertise in leasehold property and have built up a substantial network of advisors and brokers who introduce work to me, alongside many repeat clients. I am also vice chair of Onside Warrington Youth Zone, and a trustee of an Independent Methodist Church.
Joined SAS Daniels: 2021
What people say about me:
“No matter how well prepared you think you are – moving to a new house is one of the top stress producers in your life. Having just moved house I really understand this. Fortunately, I was given an introduction to Tim by people I know and trust and who had dealt with him in the past. Tim then took on the task of being our conveyancing solicitor for the purchase of our new home. We initially had a few questions to ask and then, as you start to do the searches, surveys and all the other stuff more questions start to occur. Then the closer you get to exchange and completion the more the stress levels start to rise. It was during these stages that I started to realise just how good (and helpful) Tim is. Not only did he quickly and accurately answer any questions we had; he did it in such a calm, reassuring manner that it took away most of the stress and let us enjoy the good parts about moving house. Not only is Tim a great solicitor he is a fabulous communicator and kept us informed and updated at every stage of the process. I couldn’t recommend him any stronger than to say IF I ever move house again he is the only person I will be contacting.” Rob Higgins (October 2019)
"I can thoroughly recommend Tim Jordan to you as an excellent solicitor."
"Tim has been a wonderful professional help to my family and myself with the building conveyancing of selling family houses."
"All was seamless and straight forward, with no worry as Tim was so informative and took total charge leaving no stress and worry for us."
"Thank you Tim. I will always seek your professional advice and help."
Why I'm no ordinary professional:
Most people would rather not have to instruct a solicitor – they do so out of necessity and often with a sense of dread as to the consequences or the potential cost. I have always tried to get over these initial barriers by explaining things clearly, communicating regularly and charging reasonably for the work I do.

A bit about me
Who would you most like to meet and why?
Nelson Mandela when he became president of South Africa because despite his lengthy incarceration and suffering at the hands of the previous administrations he retained his great dignity and humanity throughout.
If you weren’t a lawyer / didn’t work at SAS Daniels what would you be doing?
A professional sportsman, and if not good enough to do that a journalist or commentator on it.
What is your most embarrassing moment?
I was once asked on the spur of the moment to pose for a professional photograph for a local hotel and only discovered they had used it for a national advertising campaign when I get to the top of an escalator in a city 60 miles away to be faced with a picture of myself 2 stories high.
