Meet Ben
Ben is a partner in the private client team and specialises in advising clients on inheritance tax planning, asset protection, mental capacity issues and probate.
Ben’s proactive and practical advice ensures his clients have their estate planning affairs in order, saving money and reducing stress for them and the next generation.
He is a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a fully accredited member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Ben regularly gives talks to NHS staff and carers, works closely with accountants and financial advisors, and has previously been quoted in the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, amongst others, giving advice.
