Recent case examples

Recent examples of how Georgia’s clients have benefited from her advice and guidance:

  • Advised grandparents on a Special Guardianship Order concerning their grandchild, who was in the care of the local authority. This allowed them to be fully aware of their options and legal position and feel confident moving forward.
  • Successfully represented a father at a final hearing regarding a child arrangements order. The mother opposed the idea that the father should have extensive contact with the children. However, following representation and advice this resulted in the granting of a child arrangements order that reflected a shared care arrangement.
  • Reached a favourable outcome in financial negotiations for a vulnerable client with substantial high-net-worth assets, successfully securing a settlement that ensures her long-term financial needs are met.
  • Successfully represented a respondent in relation to a non-molestation order, defending against the order by proving there were no grounds for it, resulting in no order being made.
